INTERGATION: IMPORTANT As everyone should know by now our former billing system located at SignInOnline has been taken off line and replaced with www.ANVES.com/cs - This is not just a billing system but a complete Customer Service System. We have also integrated this into our Support System as well, known as DropshipSupport.com which we are still using, but there will be a new way to access and submit new tickets. This is done by logging in to Customer Service System at www.anves.com/cs and then click on the button (HELPDESK) – this is the ONLY way to gain access. In other words going directly to Dropshipsupport and logging in is being taken offline. This will help a great deal for Non Premier Hosting Clients to abuse our system with spam. These changes are designed to make it easier for everyone to get your billing, support and services all at one place. One more issue I have been told lately that clients are not getting responses from the Support people here, well that is not true. Tickets are being answered but some clients think that they will get an email response and that is not how you need to respond to tickets. If you need support, we are here, but YOU MUST LOG IN TO Customer Service www.anves.com/cs and not rely on an email. If you have tickets that we generated prior to today, you will NOT be able to access them from the Customer Service www.anves.com/cs - you would need to go directly to DropshipsipSupport and log in using your email address & PW -- http://www.dropshipsupport.com/index.php?group=phinc This SPECIAL LINK will be taken OFFLINE Soon.. SPAM, we notice that many clients are using some sort of Spam Arrest System to stop spam, that is very bad to do if you are using your email for support, billing etc. Mostly these are automatically sent to you, and there will NOT be any interaction between us and Spam Arrest Software. FYI most of these types of systems collects emails and then sells them to the Spammers in the first. We apologize for some of the issues some of you have had but we are working on getting everything setup. Clients accessing the helpdesk through www.SigninOnline.com should access the helpdesk directly here: http://www.DropshipSupport.com Use the Lost Password feature to get a password sent to you and if you continue to have issues please call our office at 920-968-7600 and we would be happy to assist you from there. Thank you for bearing with us. The new helpdesk is very nice! There is also a Live Support Button you can click on our website if you have Sales or Support Questions. Otherwise you can setup a support ticket like before. If you continue to have problems with the Lost Password feature you may just need to setup a new account. If you do not have another email address (only one account per email address in our new system) then let us know and we can delete your account from the system and then you can simply setup a new one.
