How much control do I get?

What's the difference between the Basic and the Pro package?
The basic package is 98% completed for you, however you will choose from a template, add in your logo, information, policies etc. meta tags and submits it to the search engines. Whereas the pro package is 100% completed for you, with a choice of 50 templates, custom logo, meta tags, and submitted to more than 700,000 FAA Sites and search engines for you.
Are there restrictions on these products?
Each dropshipper & manufacture make their restrictions on price etc. we try not to add these products to our database, so our customers do not have additional work trying to keep up with these restrictions. Anvis feels that why should we bother with these types of restrictions on a few products, when we have 1000's of products without restrictions.
How do I know what package is right for me?

Are you affiliated with any true dropshipper?

Do you get a cut from the sales that we make?

Do I sell products using my company name?
You would use your own business name along with your own Domain Name registered to you.
Who owns my website?

What percentage does Anvis receive from the sale of the wholesale products?
None - We do NOT sell you wholesale products, you'll buy them directly from the true dropshipper.
It states free membership what is this for?
The FREE membership is for our Forum, www.DropshipForums.com not for the dropship websites.
Is there a charge for you setting up the drop ship web site?
No, it is included in the website package, and we have payment plans available to meet your budget.

Gateways are supported, but you still need a merchant account. You can however, use PayPal or ProPay.
Can we add our own wholesale products from other dropshippers to our drop ship website and is there FTP access to our files?
You can add, delete or modify any wholesale product. You can sell wholesale products from any dropshipper or vendor. You do have FTP access, but you do not need it to maintain your site because our software will send all files up for you. Our software will able you to add wholesale products
Can I host my own domain? Or do I need to host with you?
You will have your own Domain Name, but you must host it with us.

Yes, you can for $13.00/yr., and when you use our service to register your domain name, the name servers will automatically be pointed correctly.
How many items are you allowed to sell from the basic, pro or custom packages?
Up to 1.5 Million products. from ant dropshipper Either package you may sell from ANY Dropshipper and once you join us we will give you a list of other dropshippers for you to buy products from as well.
Why are your prices so much cheaper than your competitors?
I really don't think we are cheaper, I think the others just charge way too much. Most people who are starting a dropship business are on a tight budget and can't afford to spend their entire savings. Anvis prices are designed to help you get started.

Do we buy the products from Anvis or the Dropshipper?
No, you will buy the products from one of our True Dropshippers or from one of your own Dropshippers.
Can I sell on Ebay?
Absolutely you can sell on Ebay and recommended that you do. See our special page to give you a few ideas how to sell on ebay.
Where are the dropshippers located?
The Dropshippers are located through out the USA.
What shipping & insurance methods do you offer?
This depends on the Dropshippers, they use various shippers depending on their location and prices.
Return Policies?
All Dropshippers have different return policies, normally 20 days is a safe bet. The most important part is that YOU have YOUR return policies in your store which the customers will need to abide by.
Restocking Fees?
All Dropshippers have different return policies and you would need to check these dropshippers to find if they have any type of restocking fees.
How are returns handled?
You would get an RMA Number "Return Merchandise Authorization" from the Dropshipper and supply this number to your customer along with the address of the dropshipper. You can tell your customer that returns are directly sent to your warehouse for processing. The Dropshipper will know who to credit by that RMA Number.
Does Anvis work with SMC "Specialty Merchandise Corporation"?
No, we do not nor do we help their members in building websites, there are thousands of dropshippers who do a much better job and are easier to work with.
