We are NO LONGER willing to PAY the BBB for their program. We had an A rating until we decided their charges were to high in this economy, we were then DROPPED to an F Rating, this is how the BBB does business. They sent us a nasty letter in July that we take off any logo's etc. pointing to them. This was for the same reason, WE DID NOT WANT TO PAY THEIR FEE ANYMORE.
I did not beleive it when I heard this years ago, that you HAVE TO BUY YOURSELF a GOOD RATING. Once the BBB has their claws in you and you decide to step back, they go for the KILL. BBB FRAUD
